Chad MacLean began his career as an electrician in Calgary before taking his expertise to Fort McMurray, working on electric drive haul trucks in the region’s harsh winters. It was there that he stepped into leadership, rapidly advancing through multi-million-dollar projects. His career soon took him across departments, industries, and provinces—each experience deepening his understanding of leadership’s impact.
Fueled by this journey, Chad is now dedicated to inspiring the next generation of leaders across Canada—encouraging them to think bigger, embrace responsibility, and thrive under pressure.
